Responsible PunaMusta

PunaMusta pays particular attention to its environment and the quality of its operations. PunaMusta’s products refer to quality, service and keeping to agreed promises.

PunaMusta was certified in 2018 by the international ClimateCalc carbon footprint lifecycle assessment, which is used to measure the overall amount of greenhouse gases caused during the lifecycle of a print product. More than 90% of the paper we use is PEFC-certified and our operations are guided by the ISO 9001 and EN 14001 certifications. PunaMusta has committed to reduce its own carbon footprint by 20 percent by 2025.

The staff is cared for and the customers are at the centre of operations. PEFC labelling ensures that the wood used for making paper originates from forests that have been managed according to the principle of sustainable development.

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is the official ecolabel of the Nordic countries and works to reduce the environmental impact from production and services and to make it easy for consumers and professional buyers to choose the environmentally best goods and services. Read more.

Quality and environmental certificates ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 guide all our operations. The certification is issued during audits regularly organized by Bureau Veritas.
